restricted in some cases or you can even be unable to access these web-sites.
3. Collection and use of personal data
In general we will use the personal data you provide to
- answer your queries
- to process your orders (e.g. registrations)
- to provide you with access to specific information and offers
If you want to send us queries by using the contact forms on the https://onroadservices.aral.de or https://onroadservices.bp.com web-sites, you
will be asked to give your name, email address and, where appropriate, your phone number. This
information will only be used to process your enquiry.
The personal information such as your name, email address and phone number which you send to us
in the course of registration will also only be used to process your application for

perform the required services in the agreed form.
In order to maintain the relationship with customers, it can also be necessary for us or a
service-provider retained by us to use this personal data to inform you about product offers
which are useful for your business activities.
No personal information will be passed to third parties (e.g. for marketing purposes) without
your consent.
4. Data storage
Data will only be saved for as long as it is necessary to comply with a contractual relationship
and the legal obligations which arise from this. After the end of this period the data is "de-personalised"
and therefore can no longer be linked to your person. We collect no further information about
your person other than the information specified here.
5. Access to personal data
For queries about your personal data or if you have questions about our data protection
guide-lines, please send an email to our Data Protection Officer at dataprivacy@trafineo.com or send a letter to

given your consent to Trafineo saving and using your data.
7. Security
As required by the German Data Protection Act (Datenschutzgesetz) we have established
guide-lines, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data we have stored. These
measures are intended to prevent unauthorised access, amendment, unlawful deletion and
accidental loss.
8.Hyperlinks
The Trafineo web-pages can contain hyperlinks to third party web-sites. If you click on one of
these links, you leave the Trafineo web-site. Trafineo has no influence on the content of these
web-sites. Please therefore remember that their data protection can vary from our guide-lines.
By including these links in our web-site we are only trying to draw your attention to third
party providers who may be of interest to you. We make no assessment whatsoever of these links.
The Trafineo data-protection agreement does not apply to personal information which you input
into the web-sites of third parties who have no connection with us. We advise you to read the
data-protection guide-lines of each web-site carefully before you enter personal data. Some
independent providers may make data available to Trafineo; this exchange is governed only by the
data-protection guide-line of this third party provider.

Internet sites or even render it impossible for you to access the site, depending on the browser
settings you have selected. In this process a distinction is made between what is called a
"session cookie" (which is deleted as soon as you close your browser) and a "persistent
cookie" which remains in your computer for a longer period.
